General Terms

  1. Placing Order: Customer can place the order by adding product to the cart and then proceed to checkout. At the time of checkout there are two options to make payment first one is pay 100%amount or pay 25% as booking charges.  A customer can place an order by paying 25% amount as booking charges and balance amount can be paid at the time of delivery. On the receipt of balance payment the product is delivered, unpacked and installed. The balance amount can be paid as cash on delivery or the customer can deposit CHEQUE in our account 2 days prior to the delivery.
  2. Delivery time: Our standard delivery time is 2 weeks to 4 weeks, however if the customer wish to receive the order on a specific date  in that case the customer can contact us and we will tell the exact date of delivery. Buyer can also inform us about the convenient time to receive delivery.
  3. Warranty: We provide 3 years warranty against manufacturing defects on most of our sofas. That means if the wooden structures of the sofa breaks or the legs breaks or are misplaced from their position in that case we will check the product and either repair it or replace it. Cushions are covered under 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects. That means if the cushion becomes completely flat due to normal usage in that case we will replace the cushion. All cushions tend to soften due to normal usage so that is not covered under warranty. The buyer will also receive a warranty card and product care instructions booklet at the time of delivery.
  4. Returns:  As most of our products are made only against order received, we are unable to provide returns. However if the customer receives the product with  some defects, in that case we will replace the product with a new one.
  5.  Customized Order:

              Customized Dimensions- We can customize the dimensions of the product based upon the requirements of the customer. The customer can simply send us                       the dimensions and we will create the product accordingly.

               Customized Fabric- If the customer wants the product in some different fabric, in that case the customer can tell us the desired fabric and we will create the                      product accordingly. The fabric chosen by customer can be priced high or low so we will send the customer a new quotation and based upon the approval we                     will process the order.

               Customized Design- If the customer has an idea about how the product should look like, in that case the customer can share the idea with us along with the                       dimensions of the product and the desired fabric the customer wants. We will study the requirements of the customer and provide the quotation.

               Customer’s Fabric- If the customer wants to provide us the fabric, in that case we will provide a new quotation after deducting the amount of fabric. After                             that the customer can send us the fabric material and we will create the product accordingly and delivery it to the customer.

    6.  Customized Order Warranty: As we do not compromise in the quality for customized order the warranty period will remain the same.

    7.  Furniture Donation: At Kataria Furniture we love customers who donate their old furniture; we give 5% to 10% cash back to those customers who donate their old furniture              to any underprivileged person or any NGO. After donating the customer can send us a picture or a proof of donation and we will provide cash back to the customer            within 10 days.
